Service has been professional and very proactive. In the past we have used call centres that only take messages or put calls through. RED has allowed us to take bookings during the call and have been quick to think of where they can improve and where we can give them more information to be better. The difference is night and day to other providers and has saved employing another member of staff.
You have provided us with detailed but easy to understand information from the very beginning, and meeting with you to run through the process enabled us to work together as a team to ensure we had a complete understanding of your requirements and the services you offer.
